Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction: hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat. Stop using aripiprazole and call your doctor at once if you have any of these serious side effects: fever, stiff muscles, confusion, sweating, fast or uneven heartbeats; jerky muscle movements you cannot control; sudden numbness or weakness, especially on one side of the body; sudden headache, confusion, problems with vision, speech, or balance; urinating less than usual or not at all. Side effects other than those listed above may occur. Talk to your doctor about any side effects that seems unusual or that are especially bothersome.
